Open the Waterfall Colors drop-down to change the color of the first and last item in the chart. The Waterfall Colors drop-down is exposed from the Component ribbon.
Changes made to the waterfall colors will be seen in the first item in the chart. Color changes will also be applied to the last item if the chosen Waterfall Type is either "Default Last Item" or "Generate Last Value".
